How to get exactly the building you want

First, search our plans for the one that best suits your requirements.  If engineering is required, make sure to compare your building department's requirements for roof load, wind speed and seismic zone to the plans you're considering by checking the data on the top line of each plan page.  Are there still details you'd like changed? 

Kinds of modifications we can make:

• Code-related modifications: roof load, wind speed, roof pitch, seismic zone  If the plan was designed for Seismic Zone 3, but you're in Zone D2, or if you live in a snowy area where a higher roof load is required, you'll need to have your plan modified to comply with these conditions in your area.
  

• Elective modifications: Want to make a building bigger / smaller, move or add a door / window or some other feature?  These are elective modifications and are possible in most cases.
